Javier Perdices es un ingeniero de telecomunicaciones (UPM, 2001) especializado en eHealth y transformación digital sanitaria. Cofundó Artica Telemedicina en 2003, adquirida por Grupo CMC en 2013, donde lideró la unidad de eHealth durante cinco años. Posteriormente fue CEO de ChipCard y CIO de Redsys Salud, gestionando millones de transacciones médicas digitales. Desde 2022 es Senior Account Executive en Amazon Web Services (AWS) España, ayudando a empresas sanitarias a aprovechar la nube de AWS. Ha participado en más de 50 proyectos TI en salud y completó un máster en sistemas TIC en Salud (UOC) y un PDG por IESE.
