The objective of this roundtable, organized by i2CAT as a reference center in advanced digital technologies, is to create a space for high-level dialogue to analyze the intersection of three key concepts: technological sovereignty, cybersecurity as a guarantee of this sovereignty, and the ethical and strategic implications of the dual use (civilian and military/security) of emerging technologies.
